This stainless steel pot is amazingly clean, it must not have been in use much. Even the basket is clean with no stains. I bought it at an estate sale. Clean inside and out. I tested it and everything, including the light, works fine. It perks, I was going to say ‘cheerfully’, but truth be told, it’s more a sound like chug, chug! It makes very hot coffee. Takes, about 12 minutes to complete cycle, and light goes on when coffee is ready. Coffee stays warm and light stays lit until you unplug the pot. Heavy duty three prong safety electrical cord. There are cup lines on the basket to indicate how much coffee to use, and cup line marks on the inside of the pot to show you how much water to use. They don’t build things this well anymore!
