Exploratoy/Transcience kit from 1996.
The carrier is something else; I think it resembles a pager sheath/case that clips onto a belt!
This has been stored in a dark, smoke-free environment since the late '90s. The card shows wear and creasing, and a price sticker (Ames!) is on the front face.
