UPDATE THE(PRND321)DISPLAY WHEN IT IS DIM
THE ENTIRE POWER SUPPLY ON THE CLUSTER IS DEAD NO GAUGES OR NO DISPLAYS ,THE ONLY THING THAT WORKS IS TURN SIGNALS AND BACKLIGHTS AND CHECK ENGINE LIGHT.UPDATE POWER SUPPLY
THE MOST UPDATED GM tis2web software downloaded ,These updates address an inoperable low voltage starting  conditions. Also correction to the driver information center & inoperable park indicator.
Common questions:
1. Can i drive my vehicle with cluster removed?............Yes, your vehicle will operate normally!!
2. How long does the process take?...........The whole process takes about a 5 to 7 days we ship it ups ground so it 1-5 days shipping back .
3. Will my mileage change?...........Nope your mileage is not affected.
4. Is my cluster difficult to remove?..........Nope it takes about 3-5 minutes, first engage the emergency brake, then remove the plastic trim around the cluster, then with the steering wheel tilted down and the shifter in 1st gear, pull the trim from the dash and it will unsnap and then put the trim off to the side. Then remove the four 7mm screws holding the cluster in, gently pull out and disconnect the electrical plug from the back of the cluster box it up with all your info inside and ship to address below.
Repair procedure......
IT WILL THEN BE COMPLETELY DISASSEMBLED AND THOROUGHLY CLEANED.
THE DEFECTIVE STEPPER MOTOR WILL BE REPLACED WITH THE LATEST VERSION.
THE REPLACEMENT OF ALL 6-7
ALL GAUGES WILL BE RECALIBRATED.
MY REPAIRS WILL COME WITH LIFETIME warranty.
MY REPAIR SERVICE WILL NOT CHANGE YOUR MILEAGE,IT WILL REMAIN EXACTLY THE SAME.
I WILL REPLACE ALL BACK LIGHTS
